Manufacturer guarantee versus retailer policy
BioDynamix advertises a 180-day guarantee. Its published return policy (last updated November 16, 2022) says remaining unopened bottles must be returned within 180 days of the ORDER date; opened or empty bottles need not be returned. Customers pay return shipping, and the policy lists an Aurora, Colorado return address and requires an order confirmation number. The policy describes a process to request a full refund including original shipping and handling, but the wording is not perfectly consistent about shipping refunds. Confirm the applicable terms at checkout and with support before returning products.
